  DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU CAN HELP IT I don't typically leave reviews or have issues with service workers. I'm the type of person who over tips even when service is mediocre or worse. But this experience was SO bad I have to say something to maybe save other individuals some grief. I have NEVER in my 32 years on this earth experienced such awful service from a parcel service, let alone someone in management. Gibson was incredibly unprofessional & condescending when I attempted to figure out why the package I had routed there was rejected and then marked for return to sender. He very condescendingly claimed that it was what he had to do according to some protocol. Strange that there were no issues with the package until it arrived in his possession hm? When I finally escalated the issue and got in contact with the UPS warehouse it turned out Gibson incorrectly rejected my package. The package was then caught in limbo because it was incorrectly given back to the the delivery driver. If Gibson could've given me a valid reason for why my package was rejected I'd have leveled with him but instead he was condescending and rude. Giving me the equivalent of a form letter response to pass the buck rather than resolve the issue. Luckily through further escalation I was able to go directly to the UPS shipping facility and retrieve my package. They were incredibly helpful and even let me come to their permanently closed customer center. I was informed by the staff there I'm not the only one who has had issues with this particular store, as their drivers regularly run into issues and unprofessional behavior. My package was in the grouping of items to be returned to sender and if I hadn't actively pushed to locate the package it would've been lost and cost me more money to have it shipped again. This could've been avoided if gibson had done his job correctly or actually tried to be helpful in resolving it. But I guess we're just gonna slam baskets on desks and claim no wrong doing. After reading other reviews I can see that this has been an ongoing issue the last couple years and something needs to be done. I will be contacting corporate and filing for refunds regarding my access point fees. Ridiculously awful service. My advice to anyone who is in the Dayton area and wishes to use UPS: it's more than worth it to drive further to another access point, this guy is not worth dealing with on any level.

  They are the best employees - so helpful, pleasant knowledgeable, and professional and very nice. I have been going there for nearly 7 years. They are long term employees so I hope they are being taken care of in terms of their salaries. They deserve it.
