- BABrandon Anderson6 days ago1.0About a week ago I picked up an assignment with People Ready to earn some extra cash to cover my moving expenses after the recent passing of my mother earlier this month. I went to Troy Ohio to unpackaged a heavy door for one of the companies third party vendors. It has been two years since working for the company and I was supposed to take pictures of the product that I was unpacking and send it to the third party before and after the job was done. Though I only replied to the email instead of the link provided, I steal feel cheated by People Ready because of their failure to pay me for the work that was done, to add to that I drove over an hour to get there I'm not dwelling over the time wasted and money lost for gas but just grieving the lost of a parent and where I will be sleeping for the holidays.

No response to anything. I cancelled after making several attempts to verify and clarify if I'm eligible to work in this area. Obviously they're not interested in filling these orders for their clients or putting their employees to work. Poor customer service. It seems to be a pattern. Worked it out with April in Charleston. Huntington office also returns calls. It must be a WV thing, responding to messages....
