They shut down the card machine early, so if you don't have cash, you're out of luck, even if you're still there during the hours of operation. The only hours they seem to follow are their breaks and they won't open the window until at least the time posted or a few minutes after, which wouldn't be an issue if they followed the other hours of operation posted. Her only suggestion was to take it to another post office (25 minutes away) and didn't even offer to mail the card, which was pre-postaged and ready to go. I've never had an easy or pleasant experience here.
