- BSBrandon Snyder4 days ago1.0If I could leave a worse review I would. The employee was rude and the signs they have posted in the building lie. Do not attempt to get a passport here because the signs saying they offer those services during the week lie. They make it very hard for the average working person to get anything done with their terrible schedule

I was leery about it after reading the reviews but I had made an appointment & It was too late in the day to get one anywhere else. I arrived about 30 minutes early and walked in to find two windows open and no customers waiting. I was helped right away and both employees were very pleasant. It was a great experience. The quickest and easiest I’ve ever been able to take care of a passport issue. I filled my application out online before arriving, printed it single sided & brought my docs & copies of them as described in the passport application instructions & waited to sign my application until they said to. A little preparedness may have gone a long way but they were super friendly so I don’t think it was just that.
