  Special shoutout to Katie and Francesca. Nobody expects a great experience walking into a UPS store. Let me tell you, I light up seeing them when I walk in. They are high energy problem solvers with phenomenal attitudes.

  Was helped by Katie and Chad who did an amazing job helping me get a pallet shipped. This was by far the best service I have ever had with shipping something. Chad went above and beyond to help me. After this experience I will be moving my shipments to them. Greta crew! Great service!

  Love this UPS location. They have a self serve Amazon return/drop-off and all employees that I have encountered there have been so helpful! Shout out to Katie and Daniel for helping me this morning!

  I need to send something back to Amazon. Chad Adams was extremely helpful had to go through many different things that Amazon was making you jump through hoops with he made the whole process extremely useful and easy. I give Chad five stars for being a great person and extremely helpful to his customers.

  My experience at this UPS was absolutely miserable and I do not recommend being helped by Sarah. She does not know what she is doing and should not be training other individuals. She printed my label but wouldn’t give me the label because it had to be customer packed. I told her I was planning on taking it home and bringing it back. She then proceeded on giving me bad advice on canceling my return and restarting it which was not allowing me to go back in and start the return. I was at the store for 45 min on hold with Amazon. Chad was trying to help me get the situation fixed and helped by talking to Amazon for me. Sarah did not apologize nor care that I was distraught about what happened. I had two kids and a husband waiting for me in the car and I wasted so much time somewhere that was supposed to be a quick return. Because I had no choice and the label was already created I had to pay to get boxes at UPS even though it was the employees fault . I appreciate chads help but because of the situation with Sarah and the terrible customer service I received, I will never come back to this location.
