Part One:
Picture it.. back to school season. You have all the needed school supplies and think hmm sure would be nice if these index cards had a holder.. I searched only all my normal online bandit stands, couldn't find what I wanted for a price I thought would have me judged by an object. I let my fingers drive to staples. I select my local stick and leaf for "fast pick up in 30 minutes!" *insert the cheesy announcer voice when reading quotations.* I searched up index card holders, and BAM! they had what I was looking for and at a price point my wallet didn't judge me for. I virtually tossed 2 of those babies in my cart and sauntered on over to the checkout button. I continued ‘as guest’ because honey, this ain't my home and I gotta visit a few times before I stop knocking before I just come in. I fill out that form with the precision and speed of Usain Bolt coming up on the speed of sound. I sit back and hear the ding of confirmation that order has been heard loud and clear on that sticker that printed out in that store. {Now this is where I'm to blame for part of this ridiculous story.} I quickly kinda noticed a note from the bank, Staples charged me some edollar bills. I hopped in my real life vroom vroom to said local stick and leaf. I sashay on in and up to this retina blinding sunset window view in front the counter. Blinking and straining to find a sign that said pick-ups hear a voice from beyond the laser beams of suns ask.."You got an Amazon return?" To which I say "Uh, no. I'm picking up an order." "Oh, print or *insert something that makes sense here but not in-store online something or other*?" "No, I ordered it online and gave the kind lady my name." She looks around and says "You get a barcode in your email?" "Oh no I didn't even look to see if it was ready I saw the bank charge and assumed it was ready." {Yes, this was my error, in all this. Hold tight.. I'm getting to the part that gets them 1 star.} I swiftly pull out my phone and look at the most recent barragement of emails to read, "We're sorry, your item was sold out. We are not placing your order." Still reading this I say to the now 2 ladies standing there. "Oh looks like you are sold out." {Me knowing that isn't always the case and having a few extra moments think I'll go check that for myself.} While Lady 2 is walking towards me asking "Huh?!" with her face, I ask, "Where would I find index" insert rude cut of of Lady 2, "index cards are in *insert minor detail* of aisle 11." Me matter of factly saying "No, holders. Index card holders." Lady 2, "Huh?!" smacked on her face again. "Oh uhh I don't think we have that.. there are acrylic holders in ....." I walked away before the intrusive thought of smacking my forehead won. Spied aisle 11 and hauled shoes down it whipping my head {Yes, I know it is hair.} back and forth like Willow Smith I spot them. Index card holders.

I have never seen someone actively ignore helping someone. The little employee with the blue hair is probably one of the rudest people I have encountered at Staples on Howe. I was in the line for returns for Amazon and she checked out person after person even though I had been standing there for 10 minutes. She is not a nice person anytime I have to come there and then, I was going to get stuff laminated. The guy at the desk was super unhelpful so out of frustration I just left!
