  since the Copley Store has opened it’s been incredibly easy to use UPS especially for Amazon returns. Super fast, the staff is always helpful and makes returning items easy

  I love going to the The UPS Store. I shop frequently on Amazon, so I’m there often for returns, and the process is always quick and easy. I also use their printing services when my printer is down, which is incredibly convenient. The employees provide top-notch customer service—always helpful, friendly, and efficient. The owner, Marianne, is especially kind and welcoming to everyone who comes into the store. It’s a great place overall—safe, with easy parking, and consistently a positive experience. Highly recommend!
