THIs Post Office which is nearest to my house has internet problems, which they don't know how to fix at this point, went back 3 different times and they had the same issue their internet was not working!

I dont usually deal with the people there but I've witnessed sooo many times how aggressive and loud and snappy they GET FROM SIMPLE QUESTIONS. I'm sorry but if you dont want to be there, you don't have too. I literally had to go intervene due to their aggression towards someone who struggled to speak English. You raise your voice at them, and they are struggling already..how do you expect them to respond to you WHEN YOU ARE JUST yelling and snapping at them!? Shocking. Should've gotten their names!

- B*Melanin Beawty*Feb 10, 20261.0I always have missing packages and my mail is CONSTANTLY tampered with and slightly open. When I call to file a report the lady is ALWAYS SO RUDE AND NASTY SMH…. And when I leave mail in the mailbox to be picked back up it’ because it isn’t mine its always left in my mailbox to pile up and the mail carriers advised me to just throw other people mail away.
