Unfortunately, my experiences here have been consistently disappointing. Most of the employees display poor customer service, often coming across as unfriendly or unprofessional. Additionally, despite many of them having worked at this location for over a year, service remains noticeably slow and inefficient. The lines are frequently long, and there always seems to be a significant backlog of packages waiting to be processed. This creates unnecessary delays and gives the impression that the location is understaffed, poorly managed, or lacking efficient workflow practices. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. I hope management takes steps to improve employee professionalism, increase efficiency, and address the recurring issues with long wait times and package backlogs.

She starts BERATING us and using disgusting language saying we have a “smart mouth” mind you she doesn’t own SHIT!! We couldn’t even package anything and she constantly had a rude attitude towards us. Disgusting behavior from staff. The one in gahanna has nicer staff, everyone there is friendly. This place just needs to be shut down at this point
