I usually go here because i love robin but whoever was working today Sheena Shayna whatever i asked her name and she whispered wearing black bandana was obviously angry for no reason and decided to slam my package against the weight machine and said “should’ve put bubble wrap in it” while simultaneously texting in between. If you’re gonna work in postal why slam a package so angrily in front of the customer? Sheeshhhh girl. Get out of this job if you hate it this much.

- TETom EisamanJul 28, 20261.0I went to mail a package on 7/27/2026 just after 4:00 PM. I had checked the website to make sure they were still open. They were supposed to close at 4:30. I stepped inside the door and was promptly, very rudely yelled at from the counter by the older female customer service representative that the office was closed but no one had bothered to lock the door. She gave no reason for closing early just told me and others to leave. I have used this office a lot, but will find another office for my postal needs.
