Unfortunately, twice in the past three months my packages were never scanned after being dropped off, which creates major issues for my business since customers rely on tracking updates. I also tried contacting the location for help. When I called the USPS 1-800 number, they provided a local phone number for this office, but the number is not even in service, which makes it impossible to reach anyone when there’s an issue. Additionally, the posted hours appear to be inaccurate. I arrived one morning at 8:00 AM when the location was supposed to be open, waited about 20 minutes, and no one ever showed up. I eventually had to leave to get to work. Between packages not being scanned, an inactive phone number, and incorrect hours, it’s been very frustrating trying to rely on this location for business shipping. I hope improvements are made so small businesses can depend on this post office.
