- MTMyah TaylorMay 29, 20261.0Came in at 9:00am and waited for almost 20 mins to be seen. Nobody else was in the lobby or behind the counter. They had sign saying ring for service but no bell. I called out several times and got no answer.

I am a resident of Gahanna so this has happened several times. Sherry (brown lady) talks to the customers with such disrespect and in disgust. I have seen many comments on Gahanna in the know & many reviews here on Google regarding the same lady and she is still working there. Unbelievable ! Ever since the gentleman retired years ago she has put in her head that she is something important and special but really the Total opposite and treats other with NO RESPECT. THIS POST OFFICE IS LOSING MANY CUSTOMERS ALL DUE TO ONE SIMPLE MISERABLE EMPLOYEE. I highly recommend not going to this post office ! I rather drive an hour away to a different post office even at $5 a gallon then to ever see this lady's face again. Not to mention a lady in line told me she has even made her daughter cry being hurtful and embarrassing. Sad.
