  I don’t even live in this area, yet my First‑Class Mail was delayed here due to the temporary closure. USPS failed to locate or identify my delayed mail simply because I didn’t pay for tracking. That’s unacceptable. You lost my mail, and the result was $15,000 in financial harm and the loss of a rare opportunity to purchase a home in California. This is not just a delay it’s a failure of accountability and service. Like another review said shut this place down and reroute mail to a more reliable office!!!

  Horrible Shipping from this location. My packages sit in this place for days before being delivered. Tracking will say being delivered on a certain day so I wait and they say screw you and wait 5 more days to deliver. Im not just complaining about one time. This happens to ALL my packages!!! Days upon days after the original delivery date.

  My package is taking ages. There's no way it's taking over 12 hours to get to Tennessee from ohio after departing the facility. Then it was in georgia for some reason after it started in Wisconsin. Could've just dropped it off in Tennessee on the way to ohio but apparently these processes are required to take a year and a half. If stuff I bought off the Internet was buyable in person at designated stores at my location I would never use any shipping service including this one.

  After reading these other reviews I truly don’t know how this male clerk still has his job. He is so mean, and it is beyond unacceptable. I walked in with another customer and no one was at the front. After a few minutes, I rang the bell. I could hear the clerk ending his personal call in the back. He walked out with the meanest look like I had bothered him and asked me what I wanted, like? I told him I needed to send some important paperwork, and he rudely asked if I wanted it sent tracking or regular. I politely asked what regular meant, and he responded “exactly what I said, regular, no tracking”. I said please don’t speak to me that way, and he shoved my stuff at me and told me he was denying me service and to get out and go to another USPS. I asked what his name was and he said “don’t worry about it”, so I snapped a pic of him to be able to let the company know who it was when I filed a complaint. I should have asked for a manger, but I genuinely felt like the situation was escalating and getting aggressive. I don’t know what kind of manager would let someone like this represent his office. So yeah, awful experience, and I would advise you to go elsewhere if you can. I went to the New Albany location after, and she was so nice and clarified everything. I was so grateful that not everyone treats people like he does!

  Had to go here on tax day (LONG STORY) but it was the last place I wanted to be. TOTALLY surprised at the short line and the one person working was VERY EFFICIENT. Not so much friendly, but I'll take highly efficient and effective any day. Highly recommend you go here - especially if in a pinch. I'm guessing the Gahanna PO (my other option) WAS, IN FACT, likely a disaster today.
