I’ve been waiting nearly three months for my mailbox key; I have important documents to retrieve from that box, and I paid for the key a long time ago. I’ve wasted gas going there repeatedly, only to be told there still isn't a key available. If they aren't going to provide a solution or the key, they should just give me my money back. Their service is awful, and they are completely irresponsible.
