Tall lady was so rude and yelling at people. Conveniently no badge so no name. There were no more priority mail envelopes and I was too scared to ask for one without being in the line. I literally had so much anxiety by the time it was my turn. If I felt comfortable asking for one or if they were stocked I could have used the self- service. I would have been done much quicker and it would have been one less person in line. I wonder for how many other people that was the case. I had to step to the side. The short lady helped after I finished filling out stuff and was so much nicer! Literally the complete opposite. I know there is no support with USPS but being rude and yelling does not help anyone.

The self-service package drop off bin is always locked or broken. The self-service kiosk randomly can't perform tasks and tells you to go to the desk, and recently it started updating while I was printing a label. Very frustrating that even the self-service option barely works.

I have no words for what just happened! We scheduled an appointment online two weeks ago and took the day off to renew our daughter’s passport. Upon arrival there was a sign at one of the windows saying “no passports today sorry” we signed up for notifications but we did not receive any thing no text no email no nothing that said that our appointment got cancelled or whatever, we waited in line and when it was our turn she said there is a sign there no passports today we said that we have an appointment we took the day off just to renew her passport she said I understand but there is nothing I can do try to go somewhere else. That is hilarious no accommodation no notification in advance no nothing!

After scheduling for a passport application at a Gahanna USPS location, they called about 2 hours before our appointment to let us know the agent didn’t come into work and we couldn’t submit our application. We rescheduled at this location the following week for 10a. We arrive at 9:50a and are notified the agent hasn’t shown up in the last 4 days and they are unsure until it’s 10a if they are coming in or not. It’s unbelievable this seems to be the standard of little to no notification your passport application is getting canceled. I do not recommend submitting your passport application via USPS. Instead we had a great experience walking in to the Franklin County Clerk of Courts to submit our application. This process was simple and quick.
