- T6The 614Jun 5, 20261.0I have had a post office box at this location for three years. For the last year, I have had customer after customer. Tell me their invoice payments were returned to them as undeliverable. From what I can surmise instead of putting the mail in the post office boxes the people working here either throw it in the trash or just return it to sender so they don’t have to do their job. It’s getting to the point where it’s causing me financial issues for customers not paying their invoices by mail and it’s actually getting to the point where I am starting to tag customers that mail checks as do not work for because I don’t have hours of extra time to figure out why the mail isn’t being delivered to the post office box. Whoever is running this post office is horrible. It is a horrible location. They do a horrible job at delivering the mail. I’m being charged $300 a year for a post office box that you guys instead of putting the mail in the box which must be too hard you’re sending it back to The sender.
