- MDMarissa DeerwesterMay 6, 20261.0DO NOT SCHEDULE PASSPORT SERVICES HERE! They only take your photo no matter what it says online. Sent me to twin rivers and they don't take walks ins. Twin rivers said Grandview Ave has been sending people away for months and have been instructed to fulfill passport services but refuse. Plan ahead for the mess that this system is so that you don't have to spend $5 for a gallon of gas to drive all around the city to get zero answers.
- HHHaileyApr 27, 20261.0Clerk #8 made up a nonexistent federal policy claiming it was *required* that I hand write both addresses on my package and refused to help me until I did. When I explained I didn’t want to hand write them and only wanted the clean label he shortly maintained “you have to.” When I pressed further asking since when, bc I’ve never run into this before, he stated “forever.” Immediately after leaving I confirmed with general customer service that this has never been a policy. So I’m not sure what prompted his ego trip given the package was otherwise taped and ready, and I’d even separately written down both addresses hoping to make it easier for them. I spent an hour and a half of my time driving to four different stores to find a clean box without any branding or writing to send a gift, so his ego trip requiring I hand write everything defeats the purpose and functionally wasted my time. I even asked if I could pay extra for a label despite knowing this is supposed to be included in the shipping cost but he refused to help me until I hand wrote it and was short and rude.

I walked in with about 10 people in line in front of me and more and more lining up behind. They were efficient and helpful and kept the line moving. I was in and out in under 20 min and was very impressed. The team working today were very kind to everyone and have excellent communication. Sometimes shipping something can be a bit overwhelming, but this staff was knowledgeable and able to help everyone with their specific needs. This is the reason why this location is one of the best and really only one of the few that I trust. Honestly, all USPS locations should functioned like this one. Grateful for this location for always being reliable!
