- FDFatoumata dialloMay 21, 20261.0I came to this USPS location to apply for passports for my children, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of guiding us through the passport process, they were dismissive and made the situation much more stressful than it needed to be. Their behavior wasted our time and made what should have been a simple appointment feel hostile. Some interactions even came across as biased and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable - especially in a federal facility. Families deserve respectful service, especially when handling something as important as children's passports. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and professionalism.

The customer service was very disappointing, employees uninterested in helping customers and were more focused on their phones. There was no greeting upon arrival, and the staff appeared frustrated and unwilling to assist. Overall, it created a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I had a bad experience here and would not recommend this location to others. I’m also curious about who manages this place, as better supervision and training seem necessary.
