- RRRyanApr 13, 20261.0I needed to sign mail in order to get it which was time sensitive and contained very important legal matters. The pink ticket left said I could pick it up here. The very nice person at the desk said for some reason the mail was in Detroit. I attempted to fill out the online form to reschedule the delivery but the website was not working. I attempted again several days later and the website to reschedule delivery still would not work. I waited 45 minutes to talk to a representative who then said this very important document was lost and most likely sent back to the sender. I cannot believe how far the postal service has fallen under this administration. Because of them, I'm likely now out thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours.
