  I think those leaving 1 star reviews complaining of staff disrespectful or unhelpfulness are bringing it on themselves. If you treat the employees kindly and with respect even when they don’t have the answer you’re looking for it’s doubtful they will disrespect you in return. The location and post office are struggling with staffing, technology, processes, etc. Try asking the employee how their day is going and being a friendly happy human to those at work - you’ll walk away feeling better even if you didn’t get your mail!

  incredibly disrespectful and rude to people and threatened me when I had a negative reaction to them yelling at me. I am not proud of being rude back, in fact this is extremely out of character for me, but they yelled at me “I’m talking to you listen to me” EXTREMELY loudly, after they had stopped speaking to me and had told me to go to the kiosk so we were walking that way and I am not proud of this but I did flip her off because she was continuing disparaging us for having the gall of going to the post office to get a passport, something that should be completely normal. the desk agent was irritated immediately as soon as we walked up and asked to apply for a passport and said we should obviously know we needed an appointment and acted like we were stupid for not seeing that online. She also muttered that I was stupid and a moron under her breath like I don’t have ears and wouldn’t hear it. nowhere on the us passport website does it say that and I had no idea we needed to click on the specific post office location website because it doesn’t say that anywhere. she was incredibly mean and was also being mean to the old lady in front of me who was just trying to find packaging materials so I was on edge because of how badly we were being treated. I was completely polite up until the point she started screaming at us. she could have been kind and explained the situation and instead chose to be mean and condescending for no reason. I apologized immediately and owned up to my behavior but she said that they would refuse to serve me despite her instigating the harassment. I would not recommend this post office to anyone unless you want to be treated like garbage and an idiot the moment you walk in. I understand how hard it must be to work at USPS in this political climate but it is unacceptable to treat people this way and then threaten them when they have a reaction to being mistreated. I believe that clerk 89, the woman in Moe’s review is the person at fault here and I will be writing a report to the USPS. This is my most local post office and my business involves dropping off packages and I feel scared that she may call the cops on me for even returning to this location.

  Customer support does not exist. Specific, sensitive mail has not been delivered to my mailbox for 3 business days and there is no help USPS will provide. Support hung up right after I simply stated this type of mail is missing in response to their question of "how can I help you?" I have already had checks stolen and cashed by a former employee of this location a few years ago. I can only assume someone else is working here who is doing something illegal. If possible, avoid dropping mail here.
