- BBbb2 days ago1.0Customer support does not exist. Specific, sensitive mail has not been delivered to my mailbox for 3 business days and there is no help USPS will provide. Support hung up right after I simply stated this type of mail is missing in response to their question of "how can I help you?" I have already had checks stolen and cashed by a former employee of this location a few years ago. I can only assume someone else is working here who is doing something illegal. If possible, avoid dropping mail here.
- MVMike VJun 24, 20261.0Why are post office workers so bad?! Went to pick up a package because it was parked as undeliverable pick up only. Arrived when they opened, black lady said she couldn't find it and later came back and said it's our for redelivery. I waited at home all day and met with the mail carrier. He said he had 0 redeliveries for me. I called customer service and they said the package is available for pick up at this location and was NEVER marked for redelivery. I show up again today and she just gives me a shrug. I'll pass it along to my supervisor she says. Absolutely the worst. Lies and laziness.

Instead of being helpful and professional, they spoke with attitudes and made people feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be treated with respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during my visit. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to be treated kindly and professionally.
