    Today I visited this USPS location while passing through the area. Unfortunately, after waiting approximately 30 minutes due to limited staffing, I was informed that I would be charged simply to tape the top of a small return box. I’ve used several USPS locations throughout the Columbus area, as well as other carriers like UPS and FedEx, and it has been standard practice for staff to place the piece of tape on basic package for sealing needs. Because of that, charging for a full tape roll came as a surprise. What concerned me most was the principle behind it. Small customer service gestures can make a big difference, especially in communities where many residents may already face transportation or financial limitations. While I could have paid for the full tape roll offered, I refused due to the exploitive nature and principle of the matter, when that is not protocol in USPS stores in more affluent areas. I was fortunate enough to leave and go to another location, not everyone has that flexibility. If charging for a single piece of tape is official policy at this branch, I would encourage leadership to reconsider whether that approach best serves the community. If it is not policy, then perhaps additional customer service guidance may be helpful for staff moving forward.

    It had so many bad experience everytime I came here , the black lady is so abusive, her behavior is unacceptable, even I couldn't be able to give my customer feedback on the payment machine while she was doing by herself which is illegal, 😕, I don't recommend this place ,please close the location and give it to rent

    The clerk lady is very disrespectful, unprofessional, she didn’t even say hi back when I greeted her and that wasn’t the first time, the way she talks is very rude so once I finish paying the shipping fees, a screen popped up asking me to rate the service I received so I chose the red face because I wasn’t happy with her service and she confronted me telling me I should skip that part and I told her no that it was there for a reason so I had to pick one and she was like why did I rated her like that she didn’t make any mistake and I clearly explained to her that it was for the service I received, she didn’t care at all and I told her during the transaction she has her phone on the desk, playing loud and she been scrolling through it while I was waiting to pay and she dared to tell me that a lot of people work with an earphone on, can you imagine, the fact that other people do it doesn’t mean that is right, when you handle money or any other transaction you have to pay attention, proof I told her I wanted the 3 days priority mail but she put ground service and it happened because she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing, she was like oh you wanted 3 days priority mail and I told her that was okay, all I wanted was my package to be shipped. She was wrong and wanted to argue. It happened on 03/23/2026 beetween 2:40pm to 2:46pm.
