- LLLC5 days ago5.0I had a mail problem which was my own fault and Nate at the desk, Adam the carrier, and the 2 other employees there that day, went out of their way to help me. Wonderful customer service.
- TJTrisha JacksonApr 30, 20261.0I own a small business. The last saga cost me over $2,000. The carrier picked up packages designated for UPS with their Ground Advantage program. USPS attempted to ship them directly through their network. Ground Advantage is a postage program where UPS and USPS have a back-end deal by which UPS picks up the packages, hands them off to USPS. UPS pays USPS to do the final delivery. In this case, UPS never touched the shipment so USPS can’t get paid. Because of this, they held my packages hostage and refuse to deliver them. They also refuse to return them. In essence, they have stolen my property out my pick up area. After tens of phone calls to my local rep, the solutions center, customer support, consumer affairs in Columbus, consumer affairs in Cincinnati (including 4 dropped calls from a faulty phone system), and an incomprehensible about of emails, USPS tells me the postage is “fraudulent” (because they won’t get paid by UPS for services never rendered). They will destroy the packages. All because of the USPS carrier whom we have had multiple issues with beyond this one. I can’t get them to pick up packages actually scheduled and assigned on a good day. So USPS steals my packages then a uses me of fraudulent postage (I have the receipts that I paid through my shipping provider). Justice must prevail.

I will NEVER use this post office again as all mail ends up into a black hole or the abyss. Use UPS or FedEx. I warn you, do not ship anything through this post office!

They have cost me hundreds of dollars in failing to deliver my mail. The staff in this office are persistently rude to customers. The only real way of getting a resolution to matters is making online complaints and requests.
