  WORST location. My package got lost at this facility!!! Came multiple times and was told every time “ it should be here”. I even paid for package interception so I could just pick it up. After over a month it was returned to sender!!! Nobody ever called me. Received July 6th or so, returned to sender August 11th. Terrible. Besides that, while others at least try to help, one man, in his mid 30 maybe, is super rude to everyone. Pray for your mail if it comes through this facility!

  Terrible experience for my family at this location today. We originally had a 12:00 PM passport appointment, but received a text that morning notifying us that the appointment had been canceled. Because the passport renewal was urgent, we decided to go to the location anyway in hopes that they might be able to accommodate us as a walk-in if the branch was not busy. We arrived at approximately 11:30 AM and were told that Nate, the employee who handles passport applications, had gone to lunch at 11:00 AM. The other employee working was very kind and texted him to let him know we were there. She told us he should be back around 12:10 PM. Nate did not come out until approximately 12:24 PM. During the time we were waiting, the branch was not busy at all, and when he returned there were no other customers waiting. Despite this, he declined to assist us with the passport photos and application, explaining that he could not process passport applications while also handling other customers. However, the branch was empty at that time. Only one other customer walked in later. What was particularly frustrating was the amount of time spent going back and forth with us about why he could not accommodate the application. Given that there were no customers waiting, much of the application could have been completed during that same period. I completely understand that our original appointment had been canceled and that accommodating us as a walk-in was not guaranteed. However, given the urgency of the renewal, we came in hoping they could help if time and customer volume allowed — and at that time, it clearly did. The other employee was courteous and genuinely tried to help, which we appreciated. My complaint is specifically about how the situation was handled after we had waited and there was clearly an opportunity to assist us while the branch was empty.
