- LLLola LewisJun 20, 20261.0This is the WORST post office. There are no employees at the front! There’s only one guy working and it takes him 25 minutes to look for a package, no shade to him because she’s nice. But I was in like for 45 minutes because he went looking for packages. The line is super long! I see the employees in the back but no one comes out to help him. Although the line out the door.

The employee with gray hair was dismissive, unwilling to answer simple questions, and would not even make eye contact with them. His attitude came across as frustrated and unprofessional, not only toward my parents but toward other customers as well. Customer service roles require patience, communication, and respect, especially when assisting people with important documents and processes. I believe this employee’s conduct should be reviewed, as it does not reflect the level of professionalism expected at the post office.
