If you are looking to get something notarized, don't bother with this UPS store. They advertise that they have a notary, but once you walk in, they will tell you it's only on tuesdays and wednesdays 1-2pm. Then it turns out that their notary does not notarize car titles due to... LIABILITY reasons!
So here is the kicker. If you are a notary in the State of Ohio, you are a public servant and are required to provide services for any lawful, reasonable request from the public. Citing vague "liability" reasons could be interpreted as avoidance of public duty and have legal consequences. Or, their notary simply doesn't know how to notarize a simple document, since they are afraid of liability for DOING THEIR JOB.
If an auto mechanic (and I am one) only worked on cars one hour a day twice a week, and during that time frame refused to fix cars because he was afraid of a liability if he broke something, he would be worthless to the community as a mechanic.
This UPS store may not be totally worthless, but in terms of notary services it most definately is. But judging from other reviews, they don't do so well with packages either.

I’ve never left a Google Review until now - this location is doing some very shady and sketchy business. Please do not use this location. Felt it necessary to warn others so they don’t get screwed over as well.

WORST UPS STORE ON THE PLANET!!!
I've shipped hundreds, maybe thousands, of packages at dozens of UPS Stores.
Stopped in today this one today because it was on my way to work. Haven't been there before. Had to ship 3 packages. I already had labels for 2, but needed to have the 3rd printed, and asked to email it to store.
"Sorry, we don't accept emails. You can use this $5.00 kiosk to log in to your email, though..."
Oh, wow, every other UPS Store on the planet accepts an email for $1 buck, but their clever little money-grubbing franchisee found a way to charge customers $5 bucks. Wow.
Then I find the label on my phone's eBay app so I can email it to myself, so I can log in to their $5 kiosk to print it, and the worker says "ARE YOU MAKING A LABEL?!? You can't do that. WE SELL LABELS HERE. That would be a conflict of interest..."
Uh... huh? A conflict of interest for WHO? Not me, and I'M THE CUSTOMER. Maybe it's a conflict in YOUR interests, because want to sell me the UPS shipping at inflated prices, but I already bought this label on eBay and you have a contract with UPS to accept UPS packages.
Nope, she wouldn't let me send the label to myself and then pay them $5 bucks to print it. Said she wouldn't accept my package.
I'm pretty sure that violates their contract with UPS. Beyond that, it's the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time.
Awful store. Money-grubbing franchisee-owner that does not care about customers. Don't give them your business. Don't give them your money. Don't give them your time. Go to Reed Road or Bethel Road - the owners there are wonderful and they understand customer service.
This is the WORST UPS STORE ON THE PLANET...!

Absolutely fantastic!
I was having trouble getting information from the recipient. Your team went out of their way to get the transaction completed! Couldn’t recommend more highly…
