- RRRitwik Rastogi6 days ago1.0Manager Shaun/Shawn was extremely rude and said “you gotta order pickup, we don’t accept this label” just because I had a prepaid label. Never had any other UPS location have an issue with prepaid labels. Honestly UPS should not allow this location to keep being so rude to customers. He still took the packages grumbling and pissy like. Don’t go here if you’re spending money, go to literally any other location. If you have pre paid labels this is a great location to go for some free entertainment :)
- HMHita MoudgalyaSep 30, 20261.0Person at counter refused to help print labels for returns even if I said I would pay for them. Apparently they will ship only if you buy shipping from them and not take self service returns.
- GVGreg VentrescaSep 30, 20265.0I had a huge amount of packages to send out to my cherished granddaughter on the East Coast. Your Columbus Ohio store got it packaged well. It was seamless and I was out in seven minutes. The best!
