  I love this UPS they don’t charge to tape up your boxes like the one in Reynoldsburg 6031 E Main Street. The female and male worker was rude said we had to buy our own tape. They said “It’s Just Business” They didn’t even greet us. The UPS at 3000 E Main ST STE B the staff is friendly and greet you with smiles when you walk though the door. They weighed up our merchandise and gave us our price based on weight and told us to have a nice day. Without having to pay for tape we never saw a box or tape.

  I have only ever been met with incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I had a return that was too bulky/heavy for me to carry on my own. Bianca helped me move it from my car trunk, and helped with the oversized box that was needed as well. Can’t recommend this location enough!

  I am tech challenge and the staff kindly and patiently work with me to return my Amazon purchases. That is so needed and such a blessing and relief!
