  Parking lot is terrible but that does not represent the services or staff inside the store. Love this store. Self service machine is always working, and if it has any issue at all an employee fixes it immediately. The staff is always kind, friendly and helpful.

  I went in with a return label in an email that was sent to me by the company I had ordered items from. The reason I had a return was because somehow in shipping by UPS both items were completely soaking wet. The shipping label looked as if it had been poorly ripped off the original box provided by the company that I had ordered from, and had to be taped on because of how wet that got. When I got to the UPS store at 3000 E Main Street, Suite B, Columbus, OH 43209 I was waited on by a VERY rude and impatient employee named Chris Spann, who rudely told me to print the return label that was emailed to me would cost $3.00. I don’t own a printer, and have NEVER been charged to print a prepaid return label when it was in an email sent to me by a company I have purchased from. NEVER has this happened to me. Chris was beyond rude, and the sad part is his name tag stated he was the manager. What an absolutely horrible representative of your company. $3.00 to print your return label for something your company probably caused in the first place? If this is your policy, I plan to never use UPS, and blast it out on the internet just how bad you and your representatives are.

  Very efficient. Helpful staff. Everything runs very smoothly at my local UPS store. I had items notarized and copied. Price was reasonable and the process easy.

  Great, quick place- been here s bunch if times, and just about always in and out in under ten minutes. Amazing location for Amazon returns.

  I would like to thank everyone who has helped me with shipping my packages. I am saying thank you for showing me how to use the QR code and helping with printing my labels for my sales. Great customer service .even the young lady smiled as I left out the door. I do appreciate everyone for their service. God bless you. 5/21/2026
