  I went there for notary on there regular bussiness hours they refused to notorize saying there werent gonna do it didnt explian to me the reason very poor customer service .

  It’s a really bad and low quality UPS store one of the worst in Nationwide. I heard a lot of people complaining about this place but never thought it was this bad.

  I called this store earlier today as I’m new to the area and had a door tag stating it was sent to a UPS store with no address left. When I called the Johnstown location, the associate who answered was extremely helpful and told me there was another location at Stelzer. I called this store, and the associate who answered (did not provide his name) was extremely rude and condescending. Instead of being able to tell me anything, he kept repeating “well the door tag can be searched online”. I explained to him that I’d already tried that, but when I searched my tracking number, there was no address to the store. I kept explaining that I was also driving and couldn’t do it, but he kept arguing with me and telling me I could find it online. I finally asked him to just check if my package was there, and with an attitude from hell, he pulled up my door tag number and said “so as I said, online it says x address”. So I asked him if he could just verify the package was in the store, and he still refused to tell me. He just kept telling me to look online with the most demeaning tone. I’m not an idiot, I don’t need to be treated like a first grader. I was just trying to figure out where my package was. If I had the choice, I wouldn’t even use this store.

  I had a terrible experience with the guy who is a notary in this location, the Black man with glasses. First of all, he made us wait a long time even though the store was empty. He even helped customers who came in after us. Then, when it was time to sign, he came around looking annoyed and said “SIGN” with a raised voice to my relative who wears a hijab and was completely disrespectful towards her. He was also on the phone speaking loudly while notarizing, just unprofessional. UPS, DO BETTER !!!!
