Disappointed with the service. We stopped in on a Monday morning when the store was practically empty and tried to purchase balloons from the Party City section. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait just to get them filled. Silly me—I thought buying balloons for my daughter’s birthday would be a quick errand, not a sit-down event. If a store is offering balloon sales and inflation services, it’s reasonable to expect they can be fulfilled in a timely manner, especially when business is slow. Waiting half an hour in an empty store for a handful of balloons isn’t exactly convenient. If the service can’t be provided efficiently, it might be worth reconsidering whether it should be offered at all.

I am organizing a baby shower and was trying to get invitations, a welcome sign & some games printed for the shower. I’m not computer saavy whatsoever, but Gary, the representative in Staples (on 161 & Sawmill Rd in Columbus) was absolutely wonderful. He was patient with me, which I so appreciated and helped me get everything ordered. It turned out perfect and I’m so happy with this order!!!
