I cannot say enough about Matt in the copy and print center at Staples on Sawmill Road in Columbus, Ohio! He is courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and so very helpful! Staples is blessed to have him as an employee who cares about quality work and premium customer service!

My co-worker and I were tasked with laminating items for the opening of our daycare. We brought the items in and were immediately “greeted” with eye rolls and passive aggressive comments by the manager, who apparently is also the main laminator at this location. My co worker and I stood by and took the rude treatment and left with smiles on our faces. When it was time to pick up our items which totaled over 800$ we noticed items were double backed that shouldn’t have been, and some items were half laminated (not even sure how it’s possible to do that). When our boss called to complain she was also met with a very rude and demeaning employee who turned out to be the manager and laminator we had encountered. He then went on to describe my co worker and I as “dumb and had bad attitudes”. I’m not sure why this man is still working at this store when there have been numerous complaints about him already. I will not go to this store ever again.

I am not one to leave reviews a lot-but this customer service was truly horrendous. The man at the laminating counter was extremely rude to my coworker and I when we brought in a hefty laminating job, which our boss had asked us to do. We brought everything organized in piles and asked if he could keep them in the same ones, which he did not. He rolled his eyes multiple times at us, and was extremely condescending, making sure to ask if we had the money for such a hefty order as well. When my boss called to complain he called my coworker and I dumb and said we had bad attitudes. I am extremely frustrated with this customer service, as I never spoke rudely to this man in any form, and stood there with a smile the whole time I waited. We also had multiple pieces that were laminated together, as well as ones that were somehow only laminated in the front. Just an awful experience overall.
