I don't like to complain but we encountered the same man twice who was behind the customer service area and it was awful. He was so unfriendly. I never want to go back to this location again, if I can help it. It was that bad. And they never answer their phone. It just rings and rings.

I can’t say anything but thank you to Gary and Matt in the printing department today. I am not one for reviews but the service i received from these gentleman was top notch this evening. Having them print and have my presentation binded within 20 minutes an hour before closing time shows what high level customer service these guys provide. I cannot say enough about Matt in the copy and print center at Staples on Sawmill Road in Columbus, Ohio! He is courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and so very helpful! Staples is blessed to have him as an employee who cares about quality work and premium customer service!

My co-worker and I were tasked with laminating items for the opening of our daycare. We brought the items in and were immediately “greeted” with eye rolls and passive aggressive comments by the manager, who apparently is also the main laminator at this location. My co worker and I stood by and took the rude treatment and left with smiles on our faces. When it was time to pick up our items which totaled over 800$ we noticed items were double backed that shouldn’t have been, and some items were half laminated (not even sure how it’s possible to do that). When our boss called to complain she was also met with a very rude and demeaning employee who turned out to be the manager and laminator we had encountered. He then went on to describe my co worker and I as “dumb and had bad attitudes”. I’m not sure why this man is still working at this store when there have been numerous complaints about him already. I will not go to this store ever again.
