When a long-term employee of 14 years retired, we found ourselves needing to fill a critical role rather quickly. There was no staff and the lights were off. Clearly, the office was closed during business hours, yet it was listed as open on their website, voicemail, and when I contacted the toll free number (I inquired about several locations prior to my business travel to Ohio).
