- JHJules HausmanMay 1, 20175.0I had been stuck in the job market for almost a year when this office contacted me about an interview with one of their clients. The people I dealt with were polite, professional and very helpful through the entire process. I didn't get that job but my contact at Insight Global came back to me a week later with another opportunity. The third interview they set me up for landed me a job. They are the first staffing company I've worked with to actually have that kind of follow through. Most don't seem to want to make that level of effort and would prefer to immediately move on to the next guy in line. If there was any downside to watch out for I'd say it'd be the timetables. Be prepared to have very short notice about a potential interview, even just one or two days. That may or may not be more reflective on the client companies and the job market overall but it's something to be aware of. That said, overall I'm quite satisfied by my dealings with this company.
