  They get me in and out super fast with super friendly service! I go out of my way to drop off my packages here because they dont make me wait when I have pre paid labels!

  Every employee is so incredibly nice! They get me in and out very fast! Especially with my pre paid labels. I live in powell / delaware and drive to the sancus location because I know I can drop off mt packages and go. I appreciate them so much!! :)

  Printing a simple document on cardstock took a full hour. The printer makes it close to impossible to transfer files, and it also takes 10 minutes to get a code to transfer them. They don’t offer easier ways to transfer and the apps they do have are old or not many people use them. It took so long and then the machine printed on wrong paper and charged me 2 dollars for 2 regular papers in color. I didn’t need them on regular paper, but I got charged for it anyways. Then, since you have to select a predefined amount of money before to use, I selected $5 thinking it wouldn’t be more than that. It was after the machine printed the wrong thing. So I couldn’t finish my job because it won’t let you add more money. You have to start all over. Then it took my last cardstock that I paid for and used it as a receipt. This was the biggest headache ever and it was so hot in there. It was so frustrating and overstimulating to deal with. Just go to staples.
