  I frequently use FedEx Stores to send documents for my business. This is the first time I've used this location, and it will be my last. The customer service I received from both employees was less than stellar. One of them was down right rude.

  Absolutely worthless company and store. They delivered a package for someone that no longer lives at my address then proceeded to tell me it was just going to keep coming back because they "can't return it to the sender". If USPS and UPS can, why can't FedEx? Just one of the many reasons FedEx never gets used by our household for any shipping needs.

  This "lady" Z needs help...or not to work with people at all. She was yelling "I am trying to be nice with people but it's just..." -try better! I just stoppped waiting and left.

  It's a shame there are no friendly people left in this place. The machines are good and the services they provide and charge for aren't cheap, but the staff doesn't know what customer service is. Lastima ya no hay personas amables en este lugar, las maquinas son buenas y los servicios que prestan y cobran nada económico pero su personal no sabe que es atención al público
