  DO NOT USE DHL I purchased a watch that is being shipped from Germany, and the seller used DHL to ship the package. It has been a terrible experience. The watch was stuck in customs, which I understand, but they repeatedly tried to ask me for information that only the seller would have. I had to reach out to the seller separately to get him to reach out to DHL to get the customs issues resolved. Once it cleared customs, days ago, the package (headed to Columbus, OH) shipped from Cincinnati to Louisville, and now back to Cincinnati. It is finally being routed to Columbus. It should have been here yesterday at the latest. It was originally projected to be here June 30th. In all of this, customer service has been terrible, and it is impossible to get a live person on the phone. Also, they never have live agents available in the chat. I rate this experience 0 out of 10 and will tell international shippers that I will not accept shipment from DHL. So, if you are asking yourself, “Should I use DHL?” The answer should be no.

  The agent was really helpful. Definitely recommend this location! The agent helped me retrieve a package that was complicated but he didn’t give up and I left with my package in the end :-)
