  I came to DHL office on high street Columbus and jay took care of me . He spent 5 hours on my stuff to make sure it’s delivered safe . I would recommend him to everyone

  WORST EXPERIENCE and SERVICE EVER!!! I tried to pick up my sons passport. The guy in the North High St stated He was just having lunch then muttered having a bad day. Followed by interrupting me explaining my dilemma re passport and lack of ID for my 17 yr old son who had learning disability and only possessed a school ID but this was not good enough saying we needed a state ID! I explained we didn't have any other ID and that the passport was what we were picking up. Except he wouldn't give it cause of rules, that makes no sense! As how can one expect to get mail if the ID is the mail in question! He went to great lengths to SLOWLY explain issue to someone senior on phone. At this point it was clear he had no idea and had to repeat many times to senior re what he was hearing about ID etc even though I interrupted and explained that my son had school ID and I had the emails re pick up with confirmation number and also letters with address in both our names plus my passport as guardian/parent. And I was happy to open OUR MAIL and show him the passport received inside!! After an hour of waiting and him complaining he was having "one of those days" and then telling me I was shouting when all I did was raise voice to explain myself cause he wasn't listening and kept saying he was doing his job!! We eventually got passport only he kept hold of everything! Then he asks my son with disability for phone to scan QR code to sign pick up. My son's phone didn't connect to QR. So I said I could scan with MY phone and did so and was able to get my son to sign!! Something that should have taken 5 mins took over 1 hr!! He deliberately helped another customer to keep us waiting even further whilst clutching all our post/letters and passport!! I will never use DHL especially at this particular branch in High St ever again!! And advise others to do so too!!
