  The good: Put to work fast and offered a position that was remote and paid $2 more an hour, than the original position I was contacted for. Now for my experience. Dawson works for Dawson! My initial assignment was 3 months. That time came and went (no complaints). 6 months came around, nice little $10 gift card as a thank you. Start asking about permanent placement or other opportunities that would lead to that. No communication or the run around. 9 months, strung along even more. 1 year! Nothing! Mind you, they played little games when it came to holiday pay. This place will suck you dry. Just keep all communication with Dawson. Because they will lie so you can't get unemployment. Thankfully I did, and got mine 😉 And really it's my fault, I should have left at 6 months. Use them, like they will use you and you'll be fine. I know the market is rough, but keep applying while you're here. And leave! No regrets and landed a PERMANENT position with a wonderful company, with all the things and HIGHER liveable pay.

  I worked closely with Kotah and she was awesome. She helped me with everything from my resume to preparing for my interview, and she is extremely resourceful. Dawson is amazing, if you have previous work experience and are looking for a new job or to get back into the job market I highly recommend them.

  I had an excellent experience working with Sadie at Dawson. I walked in without an appointment, and by the end of the day she had already helped submit my resume to potential employers. Within two days, I had an interview. The first opportunity was promising, but unfortunately the employer ended up falling through. Sadie and Dawson didn't stop there—they continued to support me by connecting me with another employer. I'm now in a position that I genuinely enjoy. Sadie was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and was always there to answer my questions and keep me updated. I'm very grateful for all of her help and dedication. Thank you, Sadie, for going above and beyond!

  Long version: Kotah was a very good recruiter, but an even better person. Trust me when I tell you this! While many recruiters are competent and place people at their roles, the really good ones help you through thick and thin. I first discovered the Dawson agency through a friend and applied. Kotah sent me jobs and while I ultimately secured a non-Dawson role, I'll be honest and say she was thorough, transparent and kind throughout the entire process. She even was great at accepting a resume of the son of a close friend of mine, too! Dawson as a whole is very professional. When I did my initial paperwork and drug screen their entire team was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Again, I highly recommend Kotah and her entire team! Ten stars, not five. It gives me hope there are good people left in this challenging, cutthroat world--Kotah and her agency are among the good ones out there! Short version: Character counts, and Kotah at Dawson has it in spades!
