- KLKaung Myat LwinFeb 13, 20261.0My home is a newly constructed property, and the address is officially registered in the USPS system. I have received my assigned mailbox key, yet mail delivery has not been occurring because I was told the carrier could not locate my address. When I visited the post office to resolve the issue, I was advised to locate the mail carrier myself. I believe it is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that properly registered addresses are correctly assigned to delivery routes. I hope management reviews this situation and improves communication and support for residents in new developments.

He took the package and is now taking it to another USPS. Oh and the lady who is always working there is always so rude and miserable. Never again

She is always so helpful and is able to provide me with the best guidance for my shipping and mailing needs. I've never been so impressed with the kind attitude and customer service at a USPS location prior to moving to Columbia Station! As I read through some of the reviews for this post office, I see that most of them are in regards to the delivery services, not the post office itself. I cannot comprehend how anyone could have anything negative to say about this wonderful location. Customer service at its finest - one of the few places where this idea is not lost!
