  Mail carrier most incompetent person I’ve ever dealt with. After snow plow hit our mail box the county replaced it with a mailbox that was 1.5 inches low and the carrier threatened to withhold our mail because he said it hurt his elbow. Like I said 1.5 inches not feet. Barely have to move your arm to accommodate that. After raising it to the standard height he now leaves our mailbox open every day. Went and complained, and the supervisor said she would talk to him. He Still leaves it open every day. So my mailman is either messing with me or too incompetent to put mail in a mailbox and close the lid. Either scenario is unacceptable.

  My husband dropped off a package to send back to an online store after they sent us the wrong item, there wasn’t an update on the tracking so he stopped by to see if they shipped it and it was still sitting on the counter after over a week. He took the package and is now taking it to another USPS. Oh and the lady who is always working there is always so rude and miserable. Never again

  My sons present got rerouted by mistake through this office. The guys were so helpful and went through the largest box of mail I’ve ever seen to thankfully pull it out! Amazing service and so thankful

  A very unhappy postal employee helped me this morning at this location. I was sending a few DVDs and a book media rate but when she asked me if I put a little note or letter in there I said yes. Here are your items back I wrote on a yellow sticky note. She told me this disqualified the package for the media rate because the note makes it correspondence. I went with first class and told her I would just go to a different post office next time. She had all kinds of trouble printing out the postage and had to call a supervisor upfront to straighten herself out. She was obviously very agitated at my little yellow note and that I told her I would go elsewhere next time. I rarely go to this post office anymore and no reason to stop there in the future. What an unhappy lady. She should get a different job but I have a feeling she would be unhappy there too. Thank goodness there are a lot of great post office locations out there but at least with this experience, this wasn't one of them.
