- JOJim O'BrianMay 8, 20261.0They really need to fire the Rashawn Swanson the mailman from this location. He was unprofessional and challenged to be reported. A new post master also is needed to relearn this location. They're Liabilities to civil suits is what they are in my opinion. Absolutely no stars.

- SRShelley RobinsonJun 1, 20241.0My brother moved to Cleveland and asked for a change of address form. The guy working there was very rude told him to go on line and change the address. My brother responded to him saying I attempted but it wasn’t simple. The postal worker said “ if white people can do it you should be able to”unnecessary and Very Very rude customer service. We went to Cleveland Heights location they were very helpful. I will never go back to East Cleveland US post office again.
