In 20+ years of mailing items nearly daily/weekly I have never been treated with such disrespect & rudeness with every encounter I have had here dating back to the pre-Covid days. The most unprofessional staff without the slightest regard for customer service. They act like you’re doing them a favor for them doing their literal JOB! In contrast the Broadview Heights post office is FANTASTIC, they always treat me well & are extremely helpful. The Orange avenue location should learn how to take some notes. If you live in the area do yourself a favor and go anywhere but the Orange avenue location for your mailing needs!
