- ABAriana BunnerAug 2, 20261.0Went in twice to deliver a phone to my husband overseas currently on deployment, they turned me away because it was a lithium battery, as it states on their website which I had pulled up, it says they accept and are mailable to mail lithium batteries if they are packaged in the item aka a phone. They tried sending me to ups which they cannot deliver to military bases only postal can. The worker denied me and interrupted me many times and wouldn’t let me talk, he then had me step to the side and started talking to the next customer about it which is extremely unprofessional, he had a extreme attitude and was yelling at the top of his lungs as he went to get the manager after I asked him to and saying “I know we don’t deliver” yada yada .The manager constantly said he can’t deliver lithium batteries overseas and states their policies “aren’t up to date” I asked him to give me something says they don’t which he couldn’t I also asked for a corporate number and he said it was online but I guess that’s updated but not the lithium battery policy which I told him. I went to the Cleveland airport usps and they mailed it with no problem, never asked any questions other than what’s inside it and I was able to mail my package. I went on Wednesday July 29th at 4:30pm to the middleburg heights USPS. Do not recommend, lied straight to my face all to not do their job.

I understand I came 15 minutes before they closed but I have a 9-5 job too and this is the only time I could come in. The gates were already 3/4 of the way shut and I walked in and I double checked if I was okay to still come in and the lady at the desk never looked up from her phone and just repeated “5:30” to everything I said to her. She scoffed in my face when I explained to her I was not sure if my QR label included packaging. Everything I asked her she was extremely disrespectful. If you hate your job so much then get a new one. Don’t be rude to friendly strangers who also work a full time job everyday! When I am helped by the manager with glasses he is always very nice. Honestly worst customer service I have ever experienced.. even food service workers I have never dealt with such disrespect.
