- SFSam FarkasJul 10, 20263.0The USPS has been terrible for as long I can remember, but I don’t like how their customer service is run. If you try to call this location (or any USPS location), you’ll get an automated voice that has trouble transcribing your speech. On the plus side, the guy at the counter was really nice and helpful when I asked for help with sending out a package for the first time. It's better to go to customer service in person rather than having it processed by an automated system.
