- JTJordan ThompsonMay 30, 20261.0I visited this location on May 30 at approximately 10:15 a.m. and was very disappointed with the service I received. The employee managing the line, a man wearing black glasses with a ponytail, was unhelpful and had an unprofessional attitude. I came in to obtain a drop off receipt for a prepaid return package. The employee told me that I could not mail the package because it had a UN label on it. When I explained that the label was part of the original packaging, he told me that I needed to black it out with a Sharpie. When I asked if the post office had a black marker available, he simply shook his head and said no. It was nice gentlemen that didn’t work there offered to help me. While I was waiting, I overheard the employee arguing with another employee in the back about his break. Whether or not that was related to the situation, it created an unprofessional atmosphere for customers. Because I was unsure whether the information I was given was correct, I went to a different USPS location. The second location accepted the exact same package without requiring any changes and processed it without any issues. I left feeling frustrated by the lack of assistance, the conflicting information, and the overall customer service experience. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

- CCChrisMar 25, 20261.0Paid 55 for next day express and sat in cleveland for 2days, went to usps for refund all they did was interrupt and talk over me, they said cant get refund cause it has not been long enough and package not delivered yet. Express states definite delivery or refund , at time of stated delivery it was still sitting in cleveland. Its not delivered when it should have been, why do i have to wait for a week. All the supervisor lady did was be snotty as hell like it was ruining her day to talk to me gave me receipt and kept stating have a good day over and over sorry getting up from your chair is to much like work stay away from this office
