    This location is running a racket. Took about 10-15 pre-labeled packages here over the course of 3 or 4 months. I do a lot of shipping and am meticulous about measuring dimensions and weights of boxes - I know how it works (or so I thought). Every single package I dropped off at this location was being back charged. Sometimes by petty amounts like $1.20 and sometimes absolutely absurd amounts like $18.22 for a package they claimed was 8 pounds heavier than what it actually was (they even verified the weight with their own receipt). While the small $1.20-ish amounts I suppose I can forgive (perhaps my scale is a a slight bit off even tho it hasn't been before) - these larger amounts were simply not true. I assumed the back charging was happening at the larger distribution centers - until one day while waiting in line an established employee was training a new employee I hadn't seen before. While waiting, the established employee vaguely gestured to a pile of dropped off packages and told the in-training employee to "go through and see who needs charged." The new employee said he already had and there was only one package in the pile that had an incorrect weight. The established employee said "every package needs at least a small back charge - that's what the owner likes" I turned and left at the moment - have been going to a different location ever since and have not been back charged once for anything.

    I would recommend this UPS Store to everyone because it’s the best. I just want to say a big thank you to Nachi for helping me with my I-9 fingerprinting appointment. He was very professional, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. He helped me a lot and made everything much easier than I expected. I also want to thank everyone at this UPS Store. The whole team was wonderful, professional, and very helpful. I truly appreciate all the help and support. My gratitude is beyond words. This is honestly my best UPS Store experience in the U.S. so far. Sorry, I might be biased, but the service here really made a difference. Thank you again!
