  Dom is the best — so patient and kind. He printed my documents for me and made the whole thing easy. Give this man a raise! Noelle is an absolute beast! Watched her do the most intricate detailed work with her fingers — I could never. I feel this is long term self-taught skill.. lol. Seriously, though! It might not be mind blowing by popular opinion, but in a world growing colder every day, people like Dom & Noelle Matter, and definitely set the bar and give a great example to anyone working a field that requires handling customers properly. This can't go ignored - just as I always have, any place I go, good people like these make way for better businesses all around. There are sooo many people in this city that work seriously hard and deserve being recognized and reminded that they're doing it right - continue to exhibit what makes a persons day BETTER. I may be one person, but that went a long way. So without people like Dom greeting EVERY last person in the store immediately, NOT ONE SECOND did he take a second look or a pause to greet them. I saw a few customers and like clock work, deliveries, in between! He was so professional, both these 2 such grace! Dom had the most sincerity in his eyes, everyone is welcomed at this UPS. It's astonishing the selflessness and patience he gave my goofy self.. Noelle, she held it down the whole whole Dom was getting my job together, she was putting a project together for a customer that quietly waited but I could not do something, put binders together, and papers and infusing the panel or whatever it was she was for this man, in dead silence, you could really feel the heat or the pressure... lol.. And she didn't like a dang thing bother her. She was laser focused. Even able to so politely pop up and checked on me, and the other customers, if needed anything she could help with! Astonished, AGAIN! UPS.. I was serious about the raise for these 2, setting the right examples for the younger Generations amongst us - ultimately, beyond us, also. 🌟 Thank you so much for turning this day around for me, you guys, I hope one day you will know just how far your hearts and who you both are really accomplished, and will do so much more tkjnr forward ⏩, never change.   The best UPS store I’ve been to honestly. The people are great and always offer to help out! Two days in a row they’ve helped pack up my boxes!! :)
