  **I WANT TO BE CLEAR THIS IS A REVIEW FOR CLEAR AND NOT STAPLES/BINS R' US** The most ironic thing about CLEAR at Staples is how UNclear it is. Where do I, Bill O'Reilley, start. Maybe it's the inconsistent hours across staples locations? and when you make it to an open location, the machine only works 30% of the time. And sure, you can call before you leave to make sure it's up and working but you can bet that it’ll stop working by the time you get there!!! And maybe, one day, the clouds will part and the sun will shine on you because it's working that day BUT, strap in and cancel all plans because it will take multiple tries to work correctly.

  Horrible customer service my order was supposed to be ready based on the quote on their website days ago so called this morning and was on hold for 30 minutes was told they aren't answering calls right now because they're so busy to call back in an hour. I called back a few hours later because I needed this product for time sensitive event tomorrow... second time I called they said they have 93 orders it's not their fault we said well you should have called to update us they said they can't but they'll work on it and hung up right away. Few hours later we call again for an update and speak to a manager to express concerns and the manager says they ran out of ink thats why its taking so long. Not only were there serious customer service issues and rudeness from the staff, the quality of the prints is horrible. I ordered glossy prints they are definitely matte. When we get there the guy says "is this you that called a million times?" (We called 3x... didn't even speak to someone the first time) we say yes. The guy says "you know you aren't the only one who wants your stuff rushed right?" Which was really rude.... Keep in mind I ordered this on my business card for my job and the order was over $100. I will never order anything from this rude Staples ever again!

  The mixed girl with glasses and Jean dress was very unpleasant, not very helpful at all and kind of rude. I’ve come to the ups before with a barcode and they printed off a label for me she insisted I needed to do it myself just a hassle.

  I'm only leaving one star because I cannot leave zero. I placed an order for 3 poster sized prints FOR MY BUSINESS at 11am, recieved an email stating it would be ready by 6:30 pm. I called the location at 5pm to check in on the status, and was told 6:30pm. Upon arrival we were told not only were they not complete, but there was not an estimated completion time OR DATE as a machine is broken and they have been "waiting all day for someone to fix it". No one reached out, and the gentleman behind the desk could not have cared less. Unprofessional. Complete absence of customer service. I am beside myself. Go elsewhere, friends. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Complete clown show.
