  Let me begin by saying that I’m sure the employees here are trying their best, and should certainly be paid more. That being said, this place is experiencing a creeping descent through retail disrepair, and every single suit or regional manager with an ounce of oversight on this place is clearly incapable of their job. I reluctantly come here for one purpose, to pick up my print orders that I’ve placed and paid for online. Still, because this place is completely disorganized and short-staffed, I find myself waiting in a long line of customers wrestling with technology to print documents or place Amazon returns. It is because of such long lines I find the time to write this review. The enormous sales floor is already being taken over by Amazon “bins” of returned or damaged products, and I can only guess that this entire place will be reduced to an Amazon pick up and delivery hub within a few years.

  Printing area offers very little help. The man running the area desperately needs some improvement in people skills. Unfortunately that's something your born with. Everyone else has helped.

  Shouting out Julian in the print department. You were amazing. Thank you sooooo much for being helpful to me, while you were helping everyone else as well. I went there to have obituaries printed in case anyone need that kind of service. Thank you, thank you!

  I have my own business called Cuyahoga county, renovations and I've been going there for the past year to get business cards. I go in there today to try to get new business cards, sent them The email, the younger lady with the piercing and between her eyes, was helping me out perfectly fine Ask for my code was doing what she had to do. And this older skinny gentleman with white as snow hair. out of nowhere took over and told me to give him, my name and number. And they will call me once when it's ready. Didn't ask me no details how they'd normally do when you get cards or how many and insisted I left maybe it was because I just got off of a job, and I was dirty, but I don't know, I never had that problem anywhere, and I would never be going back to that staples ever again. And I don't recommend anybody to go to that staples. UPDATE.... I i see you replied but yet I still never had no phone call And just for the record, it wasn't even busy for them to send me out

  9/10/26 Update I was not there for TSA, I was there for a passport photo. This store doesn’t know the difference between TSA Precheck and a passport photo. The “owner” replied below apologizing for my "TSA precheck experience." This perfectly encapsulates the exact problem I highlighted. As I explicitly stated, I was not there for TSA PreCheck—I just needed a standard passport photo. Thank you “JS” for publicly confirming neither you nor your team understand the products or services you are offering. Original Incident Walked in this morning to get my passport photo taken only. I already have my application completed and just need this last step. Was informed the “tsa guy” is not in to take your photo and “maybe he will be in at noon.” I asked two associates who were standing and playing on their phones “can no one take the passport photo, I just need a photo?” Associate then proceeded to tell me the person to “fill out the forms” for TSA is not here. Went to Walgreens and had it done in 10 minutes—no TSA or forms required. Just an associate who can use a digital camera and a pair of scissors to trim the photo. That’s asking too much of Staples on W117. I get it you’re working at Staples but don’t take it out on me 😒.
