  This company has been absolutely horrible to deal with. They were supposed to deliver my order on the scheduled day, but they never showed up. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that when I tried to reschedule, I was told they would simply attempt the delivery again instead of actually working with me to resolve the issue. The customer service has been just as disappointing. When I reached out for help, I was left sitting on hold and received little to no assistance. There was no sense of urgency, no clear communication, and no effort to actually solve the problem. I ordered directly from Electrolux and expected a certain level of professionalism and quality. Unfortunately, the delivery company they chose to represent them has been incredibly incompetent and has made what should have been a simple delivery into a complete headache. I have never experienced this level of poor communication and lack of customer service from a delivery company. Electrolux really needs to take a closer look at the companies they partner with because this experience reflects poorly on their brand as well.

  I ordered a Frigidaire OTR microwave from Electrolux and it was delivered by RXO in July. The delivery team would not install it due to the fact that the electrical outlet was not in the proper place. They said no problem, have an electrician relocate the outlet and they would come back at a later date to install. Well it took two months to get an electrician to do the job and when I called back Electrolux they said sorry, it’s over 30 days and the file is closed. So I called RXO directly and spoke to Alex. She was sympathetic and helpful, spoke to the delivery team, and immediately told me RXO rejected my request to complete the installation. Nobody told me there was a 30 day time limit, and I can see no reason why RXO can’t make an exception and install the microwave providing satisfactory customer service. Very disappointing to be let down by both the manufacturer and the delivery partner. Surely someone can make the decision to provide the service despite some arbitrary time limit. Will never order from Electrolux again, nor from any other manufacturer that uses RXO as the delivery partner.

  I don’t like to give bad feedback on companies but this is literally the worst delivery company. I was gifted furniture and it was to be delivered 9/19. I received a voicemail stating delivery needed to be rescheduled so I returned the call only for the rep stating that delivery will move forward as planned. They never showed day of delivery. I spoke with a chat agent who states they can deliver on 9/26. Ok fine I rescheduled. 9/26 arrives and they did not show or call. I complained again via chat and via phone call. So now I’m waiting AGAIN A THIRD TIME FOR DELIVERY TODAY. Website already shows that it is scheduled but not on vehicle for delivery. I don’t expect it to show today and at this rate, I am beyond frustrated. This company is a scam and beyond incompetent.

  This company is terribly unprofessional. Scheduled a delivery of a large order a month in advance. They never showed up, after I called they said they had to reschedule and gave me a delivery date the next day saying it would be the first call. Well, they didn’t do that either. Told me to call the original shipper and did nothing to make me losing 2 days of work. If I was in the logistics game, no CB ace I would risk my reputation on this company.

  It was going to rain and when I got home, I couldn’t find the packages anywhere. Come to find out they carried everything to the back of the house where there was an overhang. honestly they must’ve worked really hard to do so. So impressed.
