As an end customer, RXO has to be the worst logistics experience of my life. Ordered a mattress and bed frame from Big Fig in Cleveland, Ohio, with white glove delivery, assembly, and haul off, fulfilled by RXO. They finally arrived 15 minutes past the 4 hour delivery window, and just, left everything. The 2 men who delivered acted completely unprofessionally, refused to give me their names or let me talk to a supervisor, and refused haul off of my old mattress. I even tried showing them the service contract and they said "yeah someone else should be coming later today" and when asked "Why did I have to schedule this if it was just a drop off? Who's coming? When?" They just shrugged. And left. I mean truly a 0 out of 10 experience. I cannot overstate how much I do not recommend using RXO.

Extremely rude personalities! We paid for set up and take away and they refused to do it, they were just going to leave a $4k bed in the driveway and leave! Had to basically force them to at least bring it in. And they missed out on a couple hundred cash tip for being so awful. Never use this company!
