Interview went well, I’ve been in touch with three different recruiters all in different cities just for them to eventually ghost, even when I’m sending postings I’m interested in. No response no matter how many follow up emails I send or who I speak to. Everyone’s optimistic and has positions available until you actually want to apply.

UPDATE 022626: This is the same day I wrote the review below. Im leaving it there for transparency. I just want to make it clear that RHT has been a great place to work at in the past as per my own experience. So, I hope you can understand my disappointment with my previous interaction.
However, they responded real quick to this feedback and got back to me right away. We are off to a good start, got a call from the recruiter at Cleveland and was super nice. Here's hoping it stays this way. I will keep you posted. Thank you!

Zero stars if I could. This used to be a great agency to work for. Back when they were more open and you could just walk up to their office. Now, they are closed off, by appointment only. No longer accepts walk-ins. I applied for two jobs, and no one has called, emailed, texted, nothing. Tried calling in numerous times, all I get is an operator that answers calls for all their offices and all she could do was transfer me. But when she sends me here, all I get is voicemails. After having left two voicemails to two different recruiters, no one has gotten back to me. Three weeks since I applied, two weeks since my first attempt, a week ago my second attempt, and still nothing. I am so dissappinted. They used to be very personal. Someone you can walk up to and shake hands with. This feels so impersonal and unprofessional. Robert Half seems to be Half or less commited these days.

Due to my experience with Cleveland Talent Manager Lauren R. and recruiter Josette, I can only give one star to Robert Half. I had previously enjoyed a good relationship with the agency, which makes this year's interactions all the more disappointing.
When I expressed concerns about an interview fit, Josette went on a venting rant, pressuring me to proceed. Her job is to match candidates with positions that align with their goals—not force decisions. After communicating my needs for a field switch, I barely heard from Josette and eventually began working with Lauren.
Lauren offered me an interview outside of my requested field and coerced me to proceed despite knowing my preference. When I informed her of another opportunity that better matched my goals, she thanked me for my honesty and later withdrew the interview offer which i completely understood and accepted. After another opportunity fell through, I returned to work with Lauren. I accepted an interview with a major client but became nervous because the opportunitywas exactly what i was looking for. Lauren later informed me that the client passed and then, unprovoked, made unprofessional and disparaging remarks, implying my nervousness wasn’t justified given the client's supposed low standards.
Lauren's handling of the situation was unprofessional and degrading. Her conduct and Josette's pressure tactics reflect poorly on the agency. Their focus seemed more on profit than genuinely helping candidates. I hope Robert Half addresses these concerns and improves their recruitment approach to prevent bullying and maintain professionalism.
