- MMMarisa Michelle3 days ago1.0At Severance I asked for Postmaster General to discuss why my Mail was still not going to my address after a year!!!! Then walks out a woman in an evening gown, dressed like she was going to a ball. She was pretty despondent by saying that “ This is a process that our staff goes through”….. then she retreats back behind the doors never to be seen again. How is she working for USPS? Further, I still never received an answer about why my mail was still going to that old address. Do I need to call for the news channels?

I was told I needed to speak the supervisor & waited 15 mins for them. Either they left without telling their employees, or never showed at all? Disappointing
