- GPGlenda PhiferAug 1, 20263.0For one you work with people coming and going all day .you need to be a people person bottom line. Two- you work for the post office personality, hygiene should be on the top of the list.and one more thing who ever cleans there needs to change the mop head or the building is full of mold because that is what the smell is when you walk in the door.
- JMJoshua MillerJul 15, 20261.0Complete incompetent customer service! I in the past few days have had nothing but trouble with the post office and the carrier. I'm not doxxing myself but will elaborate. Monday evening, when I got home from work I checked my mail, I don't get much, maybe 6 pieces a week, 3 for me, 3 for my sister's whose gets forwarded to my address. My mailbox was plumb FULL of return to sender mail. At least 60 pieces! Like anybody sane would do, I filed a case, I get a call the same day saying the case has been accepted and I'd being reviewed. The same day, yesterday, I was supposed to received a 60 dollar package in the mail. A t shirt, which should be easy to find right? Evidently, no. Mailbox was empty except for a few more RTS mail, and surprisingly my neighbors (apartment complex, collective box) but no t shirt. I file, ANOTHER case, and got off the phone not even 30 minutes ago and the clerk, Josh, who reminds me of Dante from Clerks, because I don't think he's even supposed to be there today, completely monotone, no emotion, sounds like he's working a funeral home and trying to tell someone's family "Sorry, grandpas not in his casket, we accidentally put a St. Bernard in there." Tells me "I'm seeing here it was delivered, if you can check again, I will follow up with the mail carrier. I'm petty, and to prove that, I recorded the inside of my mailbox. It's as barren as a desert in the summer.
