- DBDedra Brock1 day ago2.0We have not had a great onboarding experience. We won’t fault USPS for our prior rental giving difficulty with our check and not providing proper tracking information. We WILL fault usps for the postal carrier advising he sent our check back. We have received mail, both addressed to ourselves and past tenants, prior to the check’s delivery date. When I spotted and asked our carrier following a week of checking in with our past rental property management, he said it was because we did not have a welcome mat or fill out change of address. But we DID fill out change of address. To this he said he was not told and postal carriers aren’t given that information. Nobody has informed us of needing to write a slip or set out a doormat. In fact our lease says we cannot decorate the hall? Please provide proper training and ensure cohesive communication within your departments… this is a huge check and is a huge concern to us. We were advised not to call usps because it is too late and has been returned to sender or recycled?
