I made an appointment for a new passport when I got married- I brought all the correct documents and when i tried to give my "old" passport to send in the worker said I didn't need to send it in (i should've insisted), my application then got halted, and I had to spend an extra $10 to send it in after the fact.

My daughter went to this post office for help with a change of address. Thomas told her she needed a barcode from trying to change it online, even though she never received one. Instead of helping, he brushed her off. I told my daughter to ask for a paper change-of-address form, which he should have suggested in the first place. Thomas then tossed a pen toward my daughter and told her to make the number “4” clearer on the form. After that, he made her get back in line instead of letting her fix it at the counter. Very poor customer service. We will not return to this post office even if was the last one in the city.
