- LGlisa- gratedAug 7, 20262.0I have now shipped TWO packages with this post office this year and both of my packages are lost. I paid over $100 in shipping and almost $400 in merchandise shipped and I haven't received a refund or my merchandise. I took all the steps to report it but they can't find anything. One package was being shipped internationally so I waited over a month for them to receive it, but the post office said they couldn't ship it and would return it to me. It has been lost in Chicago for Months. They told me the insurance isn't valid because it's been past 30 days but they told me to wait 6 weeks for the package to be delivered. Why would they tell me to wait and then say I'm past the insurance time. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. You might as well go to UPS or FedEx to ship because at least then you KNOW it will be delivered.

- MAMustapha AbdiMay 29, 20261.0No overnight parking, strictly by appointment I showed up 1 day before appointment they rejected me , I showed up 3 hours before appointment they rejected me again I showed up 50 minutes again before appointment they told me to wait & come in 15minute before appointment. If this old lady here is there in the receiving office Good luck 😢

When I dropped it off at the desk, the agent #21 put the wrong information into the system. Instead of going to the tax dept., it may be delivered to someone's house in Cincinnati. No one can figure it out or seems to care about it.
