- JWJamie WellinghoffJun 16, 20262.0I don't care what it says online there is NOT a s3lf service kiosk. So don't take the risk to drive downtown where there is no parking after hours. There is a kiosk on Colerain.
- MAMustapha AbdiMay 29, 20261.0No overnight parking, strictly by appointment I showed up 1 day before appointment they rejected me , I showed up 3 hours before appointment they rejected me again I showed up 50 minutes again before appointment they told me to wait & come in 15minute before appointment. If this old lady here is there in the receiving office Good luck 😢

When I dropped it off at the desk, the agent #21 put the wrong information into the system. Instead of going to the tax dept., it may be delivered to someone's house in Cincinnati. No one can figure it out or seems to care about it.
