- KWKailey WelchJul 27, 20261.0These people are so rude in here and want to act like you are an inconvenience to them to make a return- it’s wedding season and I’ve been in there once a week for 3 months now. There is one friendly middle aged women and the rest are literally so rude. Today they are in there yelling about something being broke and told me they were not allowed to put a piece of tape on my package and that “I could go right ahead and pay $3.99 and get my own roll of tape,” so I turned around and left. I’ll find a post office with a nicer team from now on.
- KLKristen LJun 29, 20261.0What a nasty lady. The post office employee (and older African American lady) whose name I didn’t catch was incredibly rude to us. She got angry because we didn’t have a label when I asked her to please send it media mail. Her response was a very snarky “and??”. She just stared at me. She then eventually said, “You know you need a label before you get up here”. I didn’t know as I usually use the very friendly and helpful ups and they are happy to print the label for you!
