- MMmatthewsanJul 3, 20263.0The staff is friendly, however, everytine I go to this post office, I am consistantly waiting in line for 30 mins or more. The ONLY reason this has been happening is other customers not having their crap in order and ready to go, wasting the attendants time with nonesense, and / or holding up the line with other shinanigans. This most recent visit there was no AC in the building and it took me 25 minutes to go from 6th in line to 3rd in line. The attendant at the desk was very patient with this couple who didnt speak English and helped them fill out forms, but after 20 minutes (now 45 minutes total) I had to leave and I never got helped. I am not one to leave a bad review after a single bad experiance, however, it feels like each of the 5 times I have gone to this USPS location my time has been wasted. I hope it improves in the future and this review is NOT a critique of the staff and their services.
