- GWGrace WalterAug 11, 20265.0I don't know who these other people got, but WOW! I have truly never gotten better service anywhere in my life than this post office. Everyone there was kind, helpful, and professional. I am upset I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me with my passport application, but holy crap was she just the absolute best. She better get a raise! She was beyond knowledgeable, professional, and truly so kind.

The employee named Baby was rude and unprofessional. She did not answer my questions properly and seemed unwilling to help. This is not the first time I have had this experience. Whenever I visit this post office and interact with her, I face the same rude behavior. I have consistently felt disrespected and unwelcome. I also noticed that she treated other customers politely, but when it was my turn, she spoke to me rudely and with No respect. I expected courteous and professional service, but my experience was the opposite. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that all customers are treated with the same respect and professionalism, regardless of who they are.
