- TBTy Beckett2 days ago1.0Took off work to wait for a delivery. Received text notification at 3:50 stating “We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 3:40 pm on May 18, 2026 in CINCINNATI, OH 45229. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed.” Kids outside said the mail person drove up the street and didn’t stop. Call customer service and was given St. Bernard’s number. Called thinking I would be able to speak with a supervisor. Of course not, it’s the end of the day and my called kept getting disconnected!
