First it was placing my mail in the wrong mailbox and now it’s loosing my packages and once I speak with management they are either hiding or not answering the phone. I have a lost package that has yet to be found at Usps and my response from Management Someone by the name of Megan told me I will eventually get the package nonchalantly and she had yet to follow up with me .. this is Federal I just don’t understand this place has to do better with this ..!it is a great community but poor customer service!
