- MLMary-Ann L.6 days ago5.0Service here was fast, friendly and efficient. Coming from DC and VA Beach, this neighborly post office has friendly patrons and postal clerks. The facility was clean and had a large area to the right of the entrance for post office boxes. Ample parking
- TMTee MoMay 7, 20262.0This place sucks ever since I have moved to Blue Ash it has been an issue with mail .. First it was placing my mail in the wrong mailbox and now it’s loosing my packages and once I speak with management they are either hiding or not answering the phone. I have a lost package that has yet to be found at Usps and my response from Management Someone by the name of Megan told me I will eventually get the package nonchalantly and she had yet to follow up with me .. this is Federal I just don’t understand this place has to do better with this ..!it is a great community but poor customer service!

She arrived at my house to give me the decorative box I left behind, and I live in Milford ! She told me she would have brought it sooner but had surgery. She had left a note on it in case I returned. She is my hero!
