Most of the time when I show up I have to wait 15 minutes or more for them to open the store. Many people come and sit and wait and finally leave. If you don't want to wait, wait about a half an hour after they're posted hours. Employees just don't want to show up on time.

We dropped off multiple air shipments when they were open and they have not gone out for DAYS, possibly because the owner doesn't want to pay people to come unlock the pods and allow UPS to actually pick up packages? This is entirely unacceptable service quality. If the store is going to be closed for renovations, it needs to stay closed, and not be half open accepting packages that won't get picked up for days.
- DPDebby PriceApr 7, 20261.0I went to the store located on Kemper Road in Tri County at 1:10 PM on a Tuesday afternoon, and they had the doors locked and was not allowing customers in to be helped. There were 4 or 5 employees in the store. Multiple customers went to the door to drop off packages and no one would unlock the door! Hours on the door indicate they are open from 8:30 am to 7 pm. When you call the phone number the recording stated you’ve reach the UPS store after hours.
